Ramkripal holds a master’s degree from Nalanda University. He has been working in Sahulat since March 2019 as a Co-ordinator – Expansion and Operations. Currently he is the Assistant Manager – Operations in the organization. Prior to joining Sahulat Microfinance Society, he has worked as an Accounts Executive in Go Solar Solution Pvt Ltd and as an Assistant Supervisor in The Embroidery Studio Patna.

He is responsible for:

The standardization of operation of the Branches of IFCCS, Expansion of its business and increasing the outreach. Overall responsible to implement Sahulat Program/Model in the IFCCS for functioning and financial viability of the IFCCS and its branch.

Prepare day to day plane for implementation according to the need identification.

Empower the Board of directors of IFCCS for the compliances of the respective Act.

Responsible to implement various Deposits Products as well as Loan Products, its accounting treatment and scientific costing method in the IFCCS.

Responsible to implement the standard office administrative procedures as per the HR rules prepared by Sahulat.
