Safiya Mirza holds a bachelor’s degree from Aligarh Muslim University. Having a corporative experience of three years in the field of telecommunication. She has worked in Alivenet Solution Pvt. Ltd as a customer care executive for a couple of years and also worked at Airtel Broadband Services at a Senior Resolution Desk.

She has been working in Sahulat since August 2021, as an Assistant Manager Public Relations. She has been contacting social base, donors via telecom and emails throughout the nation and NRI overseas for regular connect, progress reporting and resource mobilization. Her responsibilities extend to managing the organization's social media presence as well.
